A North Florida Native, Jessica is a graduate of Florida State University and the University of West Florida. Along the way, Jessica has been involved in many industries, including emergency management, real estate, and education. She’s leveraged her logistics and training backgrounds to create distinctive spaces and experiences in short-term rentals.

Dustin Vaughn
Dustin is a North Florida native and a Florida State University Alumni. He has spent his career in Talent Acquisition in the tech and health industries. He brings his experience with start-ups and processes to create and cultivate the systems and talent in The Concierge.
