How it started
The Concierge was born from years of experience in real estate, rentals, and travel. Our family has taken on many projects over the years, beginning with flipping homes and eventually venturing into creating a short-term rental offering. Creating something new gave us a thrill.
We want to bring the luxuries we’ve experienced into the homes and rental spaces we create -so The Concierge was born to help others successfully edit or prepare offerings for sale or short-term rentals.

We work with a wide range of budgets. However, keep in mind that short-term rentals require fabrics that hold up with high wear and in high-traffic spaces. Better towels, better linens, and indulgent amenities create sanctuaries for your guests.

A guide provides guests with everything they need to know about the home, including instructions on using amenities. The guide also includes your host and local favorites to personalize the stay. Communication is critical to a good experience for both host and guest, so we also provide a digital copy and check-in/check-out language.
